My goal is to handcraft your product within 2-3 business days. Oftentimes, orders process faster than that but I can’t guarantee a faster processing time, especially on custom projects and around the Christmas holiday season.
The product/s you receive may vary slightly from the product picture due to the nature of your product/s being 100% handmade to order.
Please use my size chart on clothing items to prevent errors in ordering. The size of all signage, bag tags, etc is included in the item’s description. Please be sure to read product notes.
I love creating new products from scratch or working on special projects with my clients, however I cannot guarantee I will have the time to work on a custom order. But it doesn’t hurt to ask! Please contact me for availability and/or a quote.
Please note that custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.
I almost always ship via the United States Postal Service. Some larger orders (over 5lbs) may ship cheaper via UPS and I will do my best to get you the most cost effective method possible. Orders under 1 pound will ship via First Class mail unless you upgrade to or request Priority Mail shipping. Canadian customers, I do not offer free shipping to Canada. A separate invoice may be sent for shipping charges.
If you have a time sensitive order, please contact me before placing your order to make sure that I can fulfill/ship your order in the time frame necessary.
I do my best to apply fair shipping costs to each order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Sometimes the weight of a combined order will be less than stated. If that is the case and the checkout estimated a cost $2 or more above the actual cost to ship your order, I will refund you the overage.
Selecting expedited shipping during checkout does not ensure a faster processing time. Your product may still need 2-3 business days to be created. If there is an issue with the product’s time frame, I will contact you via the email you used to place your order.
My policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Personalized and/or customized goods are exempt from being returned unless the product arrives defective (ex. spelling that is different from order notes, damaged goods, etc).
Additional non-returnable items:
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Unfortunately final sales items cannot be returned or refunded.
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, contact me via this link.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I do not guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
